Hi, I’m Danielle
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I walk alongside clients as they discover their most authentic, liberated, and vibrant selves.
Many of the clients I work with feel lonely, anxious, insecure, ashamed, frustrated, overwhelmed, trapped, and angry. In therapy, we work together to gently explore emotions that we have been told are inappropriate, unproductive, or bad, or that we have repressed because they were too overwhelming to process at the time. As we explore and honour these emotions, clients typically find a greater sense of meaning, acceptance, peace, and authenticity in their families, friendships, and workplaces.

Every individual's journey is unique, but here is what you can anticipate from our collaboration.
Together we will explore the root causes for your struggles, both on an individual level as well as a societal one.
At your pace, we will gently process emotions related to your struggles, exploring different ways of releasing pain and trauma.
We will identify and practice ways to nurture your authentic self, such as self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and emotional regulation.
